Dynamic stretches and mobility exercises.

Taping and strapping to support joints and prevent injuries.

Immediate Injury Management:

Acute Injury Assessment and Management:

Quick evaluation of injuries using basic first aid and the advance injury management protocol treating the patient to the maximum comfort Soft Tissue Mobilization.

For muscle cramps, tightness, or minor strains to ensure the player can continue or resume play safely.

Joint and Muscle Mobilization:

On-the-spot adjustments to restore mobility in case of minor stiffness or restrictions.

Hydration and Electrolyte Management:

Monitoring hydration levels and addressing cramps or fatigue-related issues.

Injury Prevention During Matches:

Real-time monitoring of players’ movements to identify risks.
